Tuition Refund Policy. 

a. For a tuition refund to be issued, the Student must email billing@parrishaviation.com stating the date of termination or cancellation of enrollment.

b. The student is enrolled once they have their first lesson or a payment is made. 

c. If the Student’s enrollment is terminated or cancelled for any reason, all tuition refunds are issued according to the percentage of training completed. 

d. All refunds will be made according to the following tuition refund schedule based on the different stages (%) of completed training; refunds will be issued on the basis of hours flown per section 16 and will not be itemized:

 i. Before 1st Day of Training = Full Refund 

ii. 1% through 5% = 90% Refund 

iii. >5% through 10% = 80% Refund 

iv. >10% through 20% = 70% Refund 

v. >20% through 30% = 60% Refund 

vi. >30% through 40% = 50% Refund 

vii. >40% through 50% = 40% Refund 

viii. >50% through 60% = 30% Refund 

ix. >60% through 75% = 20% Refund 

x. > 75% = No Refund 

e. Tuition refunds are calculated based upon the following formula: 

The number of flight hours flown multiplied by one hundred (100), then divided by the total number of flight hours included in the program.  For example, John completed 80 hours, so 80 is multiplied by 100 equaling 8,000. Next, 8,000 is divided by 215 equaling 37.2% training completed. Thus, John will receive a 50% tuition refund. 

f. Refunds will be issued to the lender unless the lender states otherwise for financed students. 

g. I acknowledge and understand that most of the ground training, simulator training, and dual flight training occurs during private and instrument, resulting in PARRISH having higher costs earlier in training. In consideration of those factors, as well as, administrative and material costs to acquire and onboard the Student, this refund policy ensures that PARRISH can continue offering its services to students. 

h. Indefinite pauses in training are not permitted. After three (3) months of no training events, there will be no refund for students unless otherwise communicated via email to PARRISH. 

i. Any outstanding late fees or no-show fees will be deducted by PARRISH from the refund amount, if applicable.

j. Four Forces will be used for the official company records to calculate all refunds. 

k. Once a student graduates, withdraws, or is dismissed from the program, PARRISH will deactivate their Four Forces Account, however we will maintain each student’s records per FAA and TSA standards.
