Dallas Executive Airport (KRBD) — Flight School & Pilot Training

Parrish Aviation Flight Academy is based directly on the field at Dallas Executive Airport (KRBD), located at 5125 Voyager Drive, Dallas, TX 75237 — approximately 10 miles south of downtown Dallas. As an FAA Part 141 certified academy, we offer structured, FAA-approved flight training programs for pilots at every stage, from first flight to commercial certificate.

Dallas Executive Airport is one of the best training environments in Texas. The field features a towered Class D airspace, a precision ILS instrument approach, and immediate proximity to DFW International Class B and Dallas Love Field Class B airspace. From day one, Parrish Aviation students train in a real, professional aviation environment with live ATC communication, cross-country routing through complex airspace, and instrument approaches used by commercial operators.

The airport supports a full-service FBO, fuel, and on-site facilities that make it easy to arrive, train, and depart efficiently. Our campus is purpose-built for flight training — with a classroom, briefing rooms, an on-site PSI written test center, and an in-house A&P maintenance shop keeping our fleet airworthy every day.

• Commercial Pilot Certificate — 190 hours under Part 141, precision maneuvers, and professional-grade aeronautical decision-making.
• Multi-Engine Rating — Fly our Piper Twin Comanche, master multi-engine systems and VMC/IMC procedures.
• CFI / CFII — Become a Certified Flight Instructor and build hours while teaching others at KRBD.

• PSI Written Test Center — Take your FAA Knowledge Test on-site. No separate trip to a testing facility.
• On-Site AME (Coming Soon) — FAA Aviation Medical Examiner for your first- or third-class medical certificate.

Parrish Aviation is located at 5125 Voyager Drive, Dallas, TX 75237, on the south side of Dallas Executive Airport. The airport is approximately:

• 10 miles south of downtown Dallas via I-35E or US-67
• 15 miles from DeSoto, Cedar Hill, and Duncanville
• 20 miles from Irving and Grand Prairie
• 25 miles from Plano and Frisco via I-35E South
